Military Divorce:

Military divorce requires that at least one spouse be a service member, whether an active, reserve or retired military member.  Service members follow the same procedural process as civilians when filing for divorce.  However, there are some issues that military divorces need to sort out such as residency requirements, service on active members, division of pensions and compliance with military laws.  To fully understand what is required in regard to a military divorce you should contact a divorce attorney.
